I popped my vox cherry.

It begins here...

I've decided to copy a good friend of mine in charting progress as I try to attain a specific goal.  My goal is simple - fight my back problems, shed a couple pounds, and qualify, compete, and win at AAU Nationals for taekwondo.

This first bit will be short and sweet.  I've got a bit of work to do and the NFL draft is this weekend.

I've been working out as my back allows me to, but the last couple weeks have been hit and miss.

current weight is probably around 225 lbs (6' 3" tall)...I'd like to get down to around 210 or so by July...we'll see though.

G'day Crow, good to see you here mate, this is a promising sign that I will have plenty of stuff to read when I am slacking off at work, especially if you and Seth post regularly.

I'm looking forward to reading heaps of silly stories, I can't wait!
